Introduction:
Pass without interruption or delay from undergraduate to graduate students is influenced by several factors . The aim of this  study was to determine  the effect of factors influencing on the acceptance of master student of Yazd University of Medical Sciences (2013-2014).
Materials and methods:
This study was a descriptive-analytic (cross sectional) that was done  on all students enrolled in the Master of Medical Sciences in Yazd  medical University on 2013. were excluded  students which using of  talent bright quota enter period  of  graduate school.Data was analyzed by using statistical software SPSS 19 and using chi-square, t-test and ANOVA at a significance level of  α=0.05 .
Results:
The acceptance of 49 (35.8%)of students in graduate was without interruption and 88 (64.2%)of them was  interruption. There was significant difference between during the study period, the average duration of study over 24 hours a day, the average undergraduate GPA between the two groups . There was significant difference between  acceptance of interruptions and uninterrupted students with the marital status of students, undergraduate school, parent education level, employment status of parents ,using  the lecture notes and notes of masters, the test books and tuition and test pilot, effort, determination and proper planning and motivation of students for entry into graduate(p=0.05).
Conclusions:
A good and strong educational background, effort and proper planning, high motivation to study and use of test books and tuition with experimental tests and Teachers' lecture notes, Lead to an increased chance of passing students in MA test without interruption.
