fa موانع به کارگیری خود مراقبتی اورم از دیدگاه پرستاران و دانشجویان دکتری پرستاری: تحلیل محتوا آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف : استفاده از تئوری پرستاری سبب اصلاح کیفیت مراقبت، کاهش هزینه های مراقبت پرستاری می شود. اگرچه مطالعات با رویکرد کمی در مورد به کارگیری مدل خود مراقبتی اورم در بیماری های مختلف صورت گرفته؛ اما مطالعات کمیّ نمی تواند عمق و پیچیدگی ادراکات و نظرات افراد را در مورد خود مراقبتی بیابند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی موانع به کارگیری مدل خود مراقبتی باعث به کارگیری مداخلات کارا در زمینه ی مراقبت شده و به علاوه دید وسیعی در زمینه ی آموزش به پرستاران ارایه نمود. روش بررسی: مطالعه ی حاضربا روش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند با 4 کارشناس ارشد پرستاری داخلی - جراحی و 4 دانشجوی دکتری پرستاری انجام و داده ها با مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختاریافته تا اشباع آن ها جمع آوری شدند. برای تأیید دقت و صحت داده ها از شیوه های پرسش از همکار و چک توسط اعضا استفاده گردید. داده ها ، نام گذاری داده ها و به دست آوردن کدهای تحلیلی و در نهایت تشخیص تم ها از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. یافته ها: مشارکت کنندگان در این مطالعه موانع به کارگیری مدل خودمراقبتی را در6 درون مایه ، شامل عوامل مرتبط با مدل، عوامل جسمی ، عوامل اجتماعی ، عوامل روانی ، عوامل آموزشی و عوامل مرتبط با سیستم مراقبتی بیان کردند. نتیجه گیری : تجارب مثبت و منفی در به کارگیری مدل نشان دهنده ی نقش این عوامل در به کارگیری مدل خود مراقبتی است. موانع موجب عدم به کارگیری خود مراقبتی یا ناقص بودن آن شود. آشنایی بیشتر پرستاران با مدل خود مراقبتی بر عملکرد آن ها در مورد نقش حرفه ای پرستاری به منظور اصلاح وضعیت حاضر پیشنهاد می شود. Results: Participants in this study the factors affect the use of self care model in the six themes, including "factors related to model," "physical factors", "social factors", "psychological factors", " educational factors"and "factors related to caring system " expressed Conclusion: Positive and negative experiences in applying the model represents the role of self care model is utilization. Barriers cause the lack of care or their application is incomplete.
