fa چالش های آموزش بالینی پرستاری درجهان آموزش Education مروری Review زمینه و هدف: آموزش بالینی، مهم ترین بخش در آموزش پرستاری و مامایی و از اجزای لاینفک آن می باشد که به لحاظ اهمیت، به عنوان قلب آموزش حرفه ای شناخته شده است، زیرا در این مرحله از آموزش، آموخته ها به عمل در می آیند، مهارت ها آموزش داده می شوند و می توان واقعیت های موجود در محیط کار را به فراگیران تفهیم نمود. هدف از این مقاله، پاسخ به این سوال بود که چالش های آموزش بالینی در ایران کدام است ؟ روش بررسی: این مقاله حاصل مرور متون، جستجوی اینترنتی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای در مورد چالش های آموزش بالینی با کلید واژه های آموزش بالینی ، چالش و پرستاری بین سال های1997 تا 2008 با استفاده از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی از قبیل MEDLINE و CINAHL ، ISI که حد وسیعی از مجلات و مطالب منتشر شده را ایندکس می کنند ، بود. 54 مقاله به دست آمد که از میان این مقالات 10 مقاله ی کیفی مرتبط با کلید واژه ها انتخاب و مورد نقدو بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعات انتخاب و توجه به مفاهیم کلیدی مطرح شده نشان داده شد که عواملی چون اهمیت ندادن به آموزش بالینی، عدم دسترسی کافی به مربیان بالینی، فقدان هماهنگی مناسب میان آموزش های بالینی دانشکده و امکانات عملکرد در بیمارستان ها ، مناسب نبودن زمان لازم برای مواجهه با موارد مختلف بیماری برای تمرین کامل آموخته ها در محیط بالینی ، عدم یکپارچگی بین آموزش نظری و بالینی ، موقعیت های تنش زا(تجارب تحقیر آمیز دانشجویان ، تذکر در حضور پرسنل و هتک حرمت مربی به دانشجو و...) از مشکلات آموزش بالینی می باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: : مهم ترین چالش های آموزش در بالین فاصله موجود بین تئوری و عمل است و از عوامل موثر برآن می توان در ارتباط با مدرس، محیط آموزشی، سیستم و بیمار اشاره کرد. آموزش بالینی پرستاری موفق ، با ایجاد جو خلاق و بدون تنش ، نیاز به تأمین امکانات ، تجهیزات محیط بالینی و بازنگری ابزارها و فرآیندهای ارزشیابی بالینی دارد که در مطالعات بسیاری تأیید شده است. ارتقای عملکرد مربیان و جذب همکاری های حرفه ای می تواند در بهبود وضعیت آموزش بالینی مفید واقع شود. Background and Objectives: Clinical education, the most important part of nursing education, is the integral part of professional education. The aim of this paper is to answer the question related to challenges in clinical training in Iran. Material and methods: In this article the literature review, Internet search and library studies about the challenges of clinical education with the key words "Clinical Education", "challenge" and "nurse" between the years 1997-2008, using databases such as MEDLINE and CINAHL, the ISI, and 10 qualitative articles related to keywords were selected & criticized. Results: Based on the results of studies selected and according to key concepts discussed, it was shown that factors such as reducing importance of clinical education, lack of adequate access to clinical instructors, lack of proper coordination between faculty and clinical training facilities in the performance of hospitals, lack of proper time necessary for dealing with different cases of disease for the full practice learned in the clinical environment, lack of integration between clinical and theoretical training, stressful conditions and clinical problems. Conclusion: Major challenges in clinical education gap between theory and practice and the factors affecting its prevalence can be associated with teacher, educational environment, the system and the patient. Successful clinical nursing education, creative atmosphere without stress, the need to provide facilities, equipment, clinical review and clinical evaluation tools and processes has been confirmed in many studies.
