fa تاثیر کارآموزی روان بر انگ اختلالات روان پزشکی در دانشجویان پرستاری آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> علی‌رغم اهمیت انگ اختلالات روان‌پزشکی در پیگیری و درمان این اختلالات و تأثیر آن بر انتخاب اشتغال پرستاران در مراکز بهداشت روان، توجه به آن در طی دوره کارآموزی روان کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تعیین تأثیر کارآموزی روان بر انگ اختلالات روان‌پزشکی در دانشجویان پرستاری.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه پس رویدادی با طرح یک گروهی پیش و پس آزمون، 93 دانشجوی ترم 4 پرستاری که در حال گذراندن کارآموزی بهداشت روان یک در بیمارستان روان‌پزشکی ابن سینا در مشهد بودند؛ به صورت خوشه‌ای تصادفی و سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه انگ فراهم کنندگان مراقبت بهداشتی Kassam بود که در سه دوره زمانی قبل از شروع کارآموزی روان، آخرین روز کارآموزی روان و یک ماه پس از پایان کارآموزی روان تکمیل گردید. تحلیل داده‌‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر انجام شد.</em></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em>&shy;<strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که از نظر تغییرات نمره کل انگ بین مراحل قبل از شروع کارآموزی روان (5/6 &plusmn; 0/58)، آخرین روز کارآموزی روان (4/5 &plusmn; 9/55) و یک ماه پس از پایان کارآموزی روان (6/5 &plusmn; 3/54)&nbsp; تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (p<0/001)</em></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><em><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> کارآموزی روان بر کاهش انگ اختلالات روانپزشکی در دانشجویان پرستاری مؤثر بود.</em><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Little attention has been paid to psychiatric disorder stigma and its impact on the selection of occupation of nurses in mental health centers during the mental internship courses, despite its importance in following up and treatment of this type of diseases. This study aimed to determine the effect of psychology internship on the stigma of psychiatric disorders in nursing students.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This post-event study had one group and a pretest-posttest design. In total, 93 undergraduate nursing students at the fourth semesters of study, who were passing their psychology internship 1 course in Ebn&#39;e Sina hospital in Mashhad, Iran. Subjects were selected through random cluster and quota sampling methods. Data collection tool was the opening minds stigma scale for health care providers (OMS-HC) by Kassam, filled at 3 different times, including before, on the last day, and 1 month after the psychology internship.
