fa انگیزه های ورود به رشته داروسازی در دانشجویان دانشکده داروسازی زنجان پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <div dir="rtl">مقدمه: بی تردید اساسی ترین و مهم ترین دغدغه هر انسان در طول زندگی انتخاب شغل است. رشته داروسازی به عنوان یک رشته از علوم، مورد علاقه و انتخاب بسیاری از جوانان می باشد. شناخت انگیزه ها و علایق دانشجویان و ارتقاء آنها می تواند موجب موفقیت دانشجویان شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر در انتخاب رشته داروسازی در میان دانشجویان داروسازی زنجان در سال 1387 انجام شد.<br> روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی پرسشنامه ای شامل 17 سئوال در مورد انگیزه های ورود به رشته داروسازی تهیه و در اختیار دانشجویان دانشکده داروسازی زنجان (89 نفر) قرار داده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استفاده از آزمون من ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> نتایج: داشتن فرصت شغلی زیاد و علاقه به ساخت دارو و کسب موقعیت اجتماعی مهمترین انگیزه در انتخاب رشته داروسازی بود و کمترین تاثیر را توصیه دوستان و توصیه خانواده و کار در بیمارستان داشتند. مقاسیه دو جنس نیز نشان داد دانشجویان پسر عوامل کسب درآمد و کسب موقعیت اجتماعی را بیش از دانشجویان دختر در انتخاب رشته خود دخالت داده بودند.<br> نتیجه گیری: عوامل انتخاب رشته در بین دانشجویان داروسازی زنجان مشابه با بسیاری از مطالعات انجام شده برای رشته های پزشکی و دندان پزشکی می باشد. با شناخت این عوامل می توان جایگاه داروساز را به عنوان تیم پزشکی ارتقاء دهیم.</div> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> Background </i></strong><strong><i>and Objective </i>:</strong> Job selection is the most important and basic apprehension of a person. Pharmacy is one of medical fields which have favorable interest and selection among most young people. Finding and improving of students&#39 motivations and interests can improve their success. This study was performed to find the field selecting motivations among Zanjan pharmacy students in 1387.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i> Materials and Methods: </i></strong>In the present descriptive study, we used a questionnaire (consists of 17 questions) about Pharmacy major entrance motivations. The questioners were filled by pharmacy students (89 persons). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and Mann-Whitney U test.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i>Results:</i></strong> The most important motivation of pharmacy field selection were job opportunity, interested in drug compounding and social opportunity, on the other hand the lest effective factors were friend and family suggestion and hospital working. Sex compression showed that in the boy students higher incomes and social opportunity were more important than the girls.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong><i>Conclusions:</i></strong> It seems that the causes of field selection among Zanjan pharmacy students are similar to medical and dentistry students.
