fa انگیزش تحصیلی و برخی عوامل پیش بینی کننده آن در دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان-سال 1395 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان انگیزش تحصیلی و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال تحصیلی 95-94 بود.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی_همبستگی بود. جامعه &shy;ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه&shy; ی دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان بودند که تعداد آن‌ها در سال تحصیلی 96-95 برابر با 290 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 168 نفر محاسبه گردید و نمونه‌ها به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سه پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی، عوامل شغلی و آموزشگاهی بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن‌ها توسط کارشناسان تأیید گردید و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ جهت بررسی پایایی برای انگیزش تحصیلی 88/0، عوامل شغلی 71/0 و عوامل آموزشگاهی 76/0 به دست آمد.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">با تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، نتایج نشان داد که میانگین انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان از میانگین فرضی بالاتر بوده و در سطح نسبتا مطلوبی می‌باشد، همچنین رابطه &shy;ی معناداری بین انگیزش تحصیلی با وضعیت اقتصادی خانوار، معدل دانشگاه و عوامل شغلی وجود داشت (05/0></span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">p</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">). نتایج جدول رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که عوامل شغلی و معدل دانشگاه تبیین‌کننده معنادار انگیزش تحصیلی می‌باشند.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">عوامل شغلی، معدل دانشگاه در وضعیت انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیرگذار بوده و تا حدودی می‌توانند انگیزش تحصیلی را پیش‌بینی نمایند.</span></span></em></div> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> The research aimed to determine the level of academic motivation and some of the relevant factors in pharmaceutical students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences, Zanjan, Iran in 2016.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This was an applied research in terms of objectives with a descriptive-correlational design. Study population included all pharmaceutical students of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (N=290) in the academic year of 2016-2017. In total, 168 subjects were selected using the Cochran formula and stratified random method. Data collection tools included three questionnaires of academic motivation, as well as occupational and individual factors, face and content validity of which was previously confirmed by experts. In addition, reliability of the research tools of academic motivation and occupational and institutional factors was estimated at the Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha of 0.88, 0.71, and 0.76, respectively.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Analysis of the data through descriptive and inferential statistics demonstrated that the mean academic motivation of students was at an acceptable level and higher than the hypothetical mean. Moreover, a significant relationship was observed between academic motivation and variables of economic status of family, GPA (university grade), and occupational factors (P<0.05).
