fa رابطه بین هوش معنوی و سرمایه روان شناختی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال 1395 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">هوش معنوی و سرمایه روان شناختی، رویکردی هستند که به فرد در جهت هماهنگی با محیط، سلامت، بهبود عملکرد و خلاقیت یاری می&shy;رسانند. لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر تحلیل رابطه&shy;ی بین هوش معنوی و سرمایه روان شناختی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان بود. </span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نوع تحقیق توصیفی&ndash;همبستگی بود. جامعه&shy;ی آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان بودند که تعداد 294 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه&shy;ای به&shy;عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه هوش معنوی در 40 گویه و پرسشنامه سرمایه روان شناختی در 24 گویه با مقیاس پنج درجه&shy;ای لیکرت بود. روایی ابزارها، به&shy;صورت محتوایی تایید شد. پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه هوش معنوی 82/0 و سرمایه روان شناختی 91/0 برآورد گردید. تحلیل داده&shy;ها در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری </span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">SPSS</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نسخه 22 انجام گرفت. </span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته&shy;ها نشان داد میانگین مولفه&shy;های هوش معنوی (50/0</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">20/3) و سرمایه روان شناختی (41/0</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">51/3) بالاتر از حد متوسط بود. بین هوش معنوی و عملکرد تحصیلی (25/0=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">P-Value</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) و سرمایه روان شناختی و عملکرد تحصیلی (19/0=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">P-Value</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">طبق یافته&shy;ها، هوش معنوی و سرمایه روان شناختی بالاتر با عملکرد تحصیلی بهتر، همراه بود. از طریق توجه به رشد ابعاد هوش‌ معنوی و سرمایه روان شناختی، می‌توان زمینه‌های بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشجویان را فراهم آورد.</span></span></em> <em>Background and objectives:</em> Spiritual intelligence and psychological capital are an approach that help ones to adapt with environment, health, performance and creativity. Therefore, the purpose of this research was analysis of relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological capital academic performance among students in Kashan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <em>Martials and methods:</em> The type of research was correlative descriptive. The statistical population consisted of students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences that 294 students were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a spiritual intelligence questionnaire in 40 items and a psychological capital inventory questionnaire in 24 items with five degrees Likert scale. The validity of the contents of tools was verified. Reliability was estimated by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient for spiritual intelligence 0.82 and psychological capital of 0.91. Data analysis was done at descriptive and inferential level using SPSS software version 22.<br> <em>Results:</em> The findings showed that means of spiritual intelligence components (3.20&plusmn;0.50) and psychological capital (3.51&plusmn;0.41) were higher than average (3). Also there are significant and positive relation between spiritual intelligence with academic performance (r=0.25) and psychological capital with academic performance (r=0.19).<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> According to the findings, spiritual intelligence and higher psychological capital were associated with better academic performance.
