fa بررسی کیفیت برگزاری جلسات گزارش صبحگاهی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong>گزارش صبحگاهی در کنار آموزش های سرپایی و راندهای بالینی، از روش های رایج و ارزشمند و به عنوان استاندارد طلایی در آموزش بالینی به شمار می رود<span dir="LTR">. </span>هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کیفیت برگزاری گزارش صبحگاهی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان و عوامل مرتبط با آن است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد، ساختار جلسات&nbsp; گزارش صبحگاهی با استفاده از نظرات <span dir="LTR">196</span> نفر از کارآموزان،کارورزان و دستیاران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.ابزار گردآوری داده ها یک پرسشنامه پژوهش گر ساخته بود که اعتبار آن با نظر متخصصین و پایایی آن &nbsp;با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 20</span> و با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی و تحلیلی در سطح معنی داری<span dir="LTR">P</span><span dir="LTR">&le;</span><span dir="LTR">0/05 </span>&nbsp;انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج:</strong> در این مطالعه در بررسی نظرات دانشجویان از ساختار گزارش صبحگاهی، در اکثر متغیرهای مورد بررسی نظر اکثریت افراد متوسط بود. 88درصد دانشجویان بهره مندی کلی از حضور در جلسات گزارش صبحگاهی را متوسط و فقط 2 درصد افراد آن را مطلوب گزارش کردند.بیش ترین میزان رضایت مربوط به گروه عفونی بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث:</strong>با توجه به نتایج مطالعه ، به طور کلی کیفیت برگزاری جلسات گزارش صبحگاهی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان از دیدگاه دانشجویان ، متوسط می باشد. به نظر می رسد با توجه &nbsp;به اهمیت زیاد گزارش صبحگاهی در آموزش پزشکی باید توجه بیشتری به ارتقای سطح کیفی آن شود.&nbsp;</p> <strong><em>Background and Objective:</em></strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;Morning report is a common and valuable method (Gold Standard) in clinical education. It has some characteristics and standards that, when properly applied, will play an effective role in students&rsquo; clinical learning.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> &nbsp;A total of 196 apprentices, interns and residents participated in this descriptive-analytical study. The data were gathered by a researcher-made questionnaire which its validity and reliability were confirmed by experts&rsquo; views and Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha, respectively. Data analysis was performed by SPSS (version 20) using descriptive and inferential statistics.P&le;0.05 was considered significant.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The majority of participants believed the order of meetings, duration of meetings, and venues were at an average level. They also rated the seating of the teachers in the meeting and the type of diseases introduced to be at a good level. Presence of experts from other disciplines was found to be at the poorest level. 88% of students reported the overall usefulness of the morning reports to be average, and only 2% believed the morning reports&rsquo; usefulness to be appropriate, while 10 % evaluated the usefulness range as inappropriate for them. The maximum level of satisfaction was reported for infectious diseases morning report sessions.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>In general, the quality of morning reports from the perspective of the students was average.
