fa نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود در سال 1394 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نگرش دانشجویان به رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و آینده شغلی آنان از مهم&shy;ترین عوامل مؤثر در امر آموزش است که باید مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. لذا مطالعه&shy;ی حاضر با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان از رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و آینده&shy;ی شغلی خود در سال 1394 انجام شد.</span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی تعداد 384 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که با 15 سوال نگرش دانشجو را نسبت به رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و آینده شغلی‌اش سنجید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی طریق نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">SPSS 16</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد.</span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">میانگین کل نمره به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی آینده شغلی&shy;شان به ترتیب10/22، 77/14 &nbsp;که از میانگین نظری پرسشنامه&shy;ها به ترتیب 27 ،18، پایین&shy;تر بود. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که 44 درصد از دانشجویان نگرش ضعیفی نسبت به رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و 3/38 درصد نگرش ضعیفی به آینده شغلی خود داشتند. مقایسه&shy;ی نمره نگرش به آینده شغلی دانشجویان برحسب جنسیت، گروه&shy;های سنی مختلف، مشروطی و مقطع تحصیلی تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان نداد. درحالی&shy;که رابطه&shy;ی معنی دار بین رضایت از رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و متغیرهای ذکر شده یافت شد</span></span></em><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتایج حاکی از نگرش ضعیف دانشجویان نسبت به رشته&shy;ی تحصیلی و آینده شغلی آنها بود. برنامه‌ریزی جهت بهبود کارایی نیروی انسانی علوم بهداشتی و پزشکی، اصلاح ساختار آموزشی دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی، افزایش ظرفیت&shy;های شغلی و امکان سنجی شغلی در برنامه&nbsp; ریزی آینده&nbsp; می‌تواند در تقویت نگرش آن‌ها موثر باشد.</span></span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objective:</em></strong> Attitude of student toward field of study and future career is an effective factor in training that should be noted. Thus, this study aimed to determine the student&#39;s attitude in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences towards their field of study and their own future career in 2016.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive cross&ndash; sectional study, 384 Zanjan University of Medical Sciences students studying in different faculties were selected randomly. The information was gathered through a researcher&ndash;made questionnaire including 15 questions about the perspective of students toward field of study and their future career. The data were analyzed using the&nbsp; SPSS_V16 software.</p> <p><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>:</em> The mean score of the students attitude toward their field of study and&nbsp; their own future career respectively were (22.10 and 14.77) which was lower than the theoretical mean of questionnaires (27 and 18). The results showed 44 percent of students had weak attitude towards their field of study, and 38.3 percent had the negative attitudes towards their future career. No significant difference was observed between future careers of students and age groups, sex, and educational level, while there was a significant difference between the satisfaction of the field of study and those variables.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The results indicate weak attitude of students towards their field of study and future career.
