fa بررسی عوامل مرتبط با وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان طی سال‌های 92-1385 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:14.15pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:14.2pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر روند تحصیلی دانشجویان می&shy;تواند دانشگاه&shy;ها را در رسیدن به رسالت آموزشی خود که همانا ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان است، یاری نماید. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشکده&shy;ی داروسازی طراحی و اجرا گردید.</span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:14.15pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:14.2pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">این مطالعه یک مطالعه&shy;ی توصیفی-مقطعی بود. جامعه&shy;ی آماری تحقیق کلیه&shy;ی دانشجویان رشته&shy;ی داروسازی&nbsp; دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان که تعداد آن‌ها بالغ ‌بر 294 نفر بود که به‌صورت سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از چک لیست حاوی متغیرهای مرتبط با وضعیت تحصیلی و از پرونده آموزشی دانشجویان استخراج شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون&shy;های همبستگی و رگرسیون انجام شد.</span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:14.15pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:14.2pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> از مجموع 294 نفر دانشجو تعداد 169 نفر(5/57 درصد) دختر و 125 نفر معادل&nbsp; 5/42 درصد پسر بودند. همچنین بین متغیرهای جنسیت با واحدهای افتاده (289/0=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">)، معدل دانشگاه (413/0-=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">)، معدل دیپلم (408/0-=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">)، تعداد نیمسال مشروطی (137/0=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) و همچنین واحد افتاده با معدل دیپلم (304/0-=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) و در نهایت &nbsp;معدل دیپلم با معدل دانشگاه (423/0=</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">r</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که </span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">متغیرهای </span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">جنسیت، واحد افتاده، واحد گذرانیده و معدل دیپلم پیش بینی کننده معنادار وضعیت تحصیلی هستند.</span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:14.15pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:14.2pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">عواملی که به نوعی با وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط دارند در روند تحصیلی آنان تأثیرگذار بوده که می&shy;توان با بررسی آن&shy;ها در بدو ورود به دانشگاه پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان را تا حدودی پیش بینی نمود.</span></span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objective:</em></strong> Understanding the factors affecting the students can assist universities in achieving their educational mission which is for improving&nbsp; the quality of students learning and their &nbsp;achievement,too. Therefore, this study designed to investigate the factors affecting academic achievement of Pharmacy school students.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods: </em></strong>This study was a cross-sectional study. The statistical population of research are all pharmacy students in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences who entered to university from1385 until1392(either graduated or are being educated). The number of them were 294 people, who studied with the census method. The data were extracted from list of variables related to the academic and educational records of students. The Data Were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test and multiple regression.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> A total of 294 students, 169 people (57.5%) were female and 125 people (42.5%) were male. The highest frequency of age were related to 23 up to 26 (39.1%). Pearson correlation test showed that there are significant relationship between: gender variable with number of failed units (r=0.289), gender with university average score (r=0.413), gender with the number of probation semester(r=0.137), failed units with diploma average score of diploma (r=0.304) and university average score with average score of diploma (r=0.423). Also the results of multiple regression showed that gender variables, the number of both failed units and passed units and the average score of diploma are the main predictors of academic status.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Factors that are associated with students&#39; academic achievement has been influential in their educational process. Hence to some extent, it s possible to&nbsp; predict their academic achievement by checking these factors on the arrival to universities.</p> وضعیت تحصیلی, داروسازی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان.
