fa تاثیراستفاده از نرم افزار آموزشی موبایل DMOTMC در ارتقائ میزان آگاهی دانشجویان در زمینه‌ی ملاحظات دندانپزشکی بیماران سیستمیک آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;"><strong><em>زمینه و هدف</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> آموزش رعایت ملاحظات دندانپزشکی بیماری&shy;های سیستمیـک به دانشجـویان دندانپزشکی از مباحـث&nbsp; مهم درسی آن&shy;ها به شمار می&shy;رود. لذا این مطالعه اثر نرم افزار آموزشی موبایل </em><em><span dir="LTR">DMOTMC</span></em><em> &nbsp;طراحی شده توسط پژوهشگران را در ارتقائ میزان آگاهی دانشجویان در زمینه&shy;ی ملاحظات دندانپزشکی بیماران سیستمیک بررسی کرده است.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong><em> در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی<strong>(</strong><strong>پیش آزمون و پس آزمون)</strong><strong>،</strong> از بین دانشجویان&nbsp; دو سال آخر سال تحصیلی 95-94 رشته&shy;ی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز، 60&nbsp; نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. سپس به گروه مداخله نرم افزار آموزشی موبایل ارایه شد و 30 روز بعد از آن ، آزمون های جداگانه ای گرفته&nbsp; شد و&nbsp; نمره&shy;ی آن&shy;ها با دانشجویان گروه کنترل که از نرم افزار استفاده نکرده بودند، مقایسه گردید. اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار</em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></em> <em><span dir="LTR">V21 </span></em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;و با آزمون رگرسیون مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;"><strong><em>یافته ها:</em></strong><em> میانگین نمرات آگاهی در &nbsp;دانشجویان گروه مداخله قبل و بعد از ارایه&shy;ی نرم افزار افزایش پیدا کرده و معنادار بود (05/</em> <em><span dir="LTR"><</span></em><em>0 </em><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><em>). همچنین تفاوت میانگین نمرات اگاهی &nbsp;بعد از مداخله بین گروه مداخله و کنترل نیز معنادار بوده است(05/</em> <em><span dir="LTR"><</span></em><em>0 </em><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><em>). براساس آزمون رگرسیون، سن، جنس و ترم تحصیلی تاثیری بر تغییرات نمره&shy;ی قبل و بعد از مداخله نداشت. </em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.15pt;"><strong><em>نتیجه گیری:</em></strong> <em>&nbsp;گوشی&shy;های هوشمند می توانند در راستای اهداف آموزشی مورد استفاده&shy; قرار گیرند، گرچه این تکنولوژی هنوز بشکل رسمی در برنامه&shy;های درسی گنجانده نشده ولی&nbsp; نمایانگر فرصتی است تا به دانشجویان امکان استفاده از روش&shy;های متنوع یادگیری را فراهم &shy;آورد.</em></p> <p align="center"></p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objective:</em></strong> &nbsp;Dental students should learn how to deal with dental treatment of patients with systemic diseases and it is one of the most important issues in their curriculum. Accordingly, this study aimed to gauge the impact of application of researcher-made Mobile Educational Software (DMOTMC) on promoting students&rsquo; awareness of dental treatment of patients with systemic diseases.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> In this (pre-test and post-test) semi-experimental study, 60 people were selected from the last two years of dentistry students with simple random method in the academic year 2015-2016 of AJUMS, and were divided into two intervention and control groups randomly. Then a mobile educational software was offered to the intervention group, and 30 days later separate tests were conducted, and their scores were compared with the students&rsquo; scores of control group who did not use the software. Finally, the data were analyzed using regression test and SPSS 21.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> Average test scores of students in the study group before and after the using of application categorized as significant which shows the increase of their scores(P<0.05). Besides, this analysis showed a significant difference between average score of the main group and control group in the second assessment (P<0.05). Based on regression analysis, age, gender and educational semester before and after the intervention had no effect on the score.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The smart-phones can be used for educational purposes. Although this technology has not been formally included in educational curriculum yet.
