class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">زمینه و هدف:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus"> مطابقت و تناسب کتاب آموزشی با برآورده ساختن نیازهای دانشجویان در طول دوره‌ی آموزش، موفقیت تحصیلی در مقاطع بالاتر ایجاد انگیزه و علاقه برای یادگیری بیشتر و در نهایت موفقیت در آینده‌ی شغلی و حرفه‌ای آن‌ها تاثیر به‌سزایی دارد. این تحقیق کتاب آموزش زبان تخصصی پزشکی که به عنوان یکی از کتاب‌های مورد استفاده برای دانشجویان پزشکی در ایران می‌باشد را مورد ارزشیابی قرار داده و بر اساس بررسی نیازهای دانشجویان پزشکی یکی از دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در ایران و ایده‌ها و نظرات استاد زبان تخصصی صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه درصدد بررسی نیازهای اصلی دانشجویان پزشکی در یادگیری متون و بررسی کارآیی و مفید بودن این متون در برآورده 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">روش بررسی:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus"> در این تحقیق مشخصات دانشجویان و فرم‌های نیازسنجی برای مشخص کردن نیازهای زبان تخصصی پزشکی 50 دانشجوی پزشکی و همچنین پرسشنامه‌ی ارزشیابی کتاب برای بررسی نظرات استاد در مورد جنبه‌هایی از کتاب استفاده گردید. داده‌ها بر اساس آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تحلیل شدند.</span></i></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify line-height: normal" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">یافته‌ها:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus"> نیازسنجی دانشجویان نشان می‌دهد که کتاب آموزش زبان تخصصی پزشکی به طور کامل نیازهای دانشجویان را با توجه به سطح دانش زبان انگلیسی آن‌ها، مهارت‌های زبانی، مهارت‌های جانبی، روش‌های یادگیری ارجح، نوع تعاملی که دانشجویان آن را ترجیح می‌دهند و فعالیت‌های ارتباطی برآورده نمی‌سازد.</span></i></p> <b><i><span 11pt line-height: 150%">Background and Objective: </span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">This study evaluated English for the Students of Medicine (II) (ESM) (Tahririan and Mehrabi, 2007) as one of the textbooks used for teaching English to the Iranian students of medicine. This research was performed on the basis of a number of medical students' needs analysis studying at an Iranian Medical Sciences University and one English language teacher viewpoints. It intended to identify the specific needs of medical students in a learning context and investigate whether the textbook addressed those needs.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">Materials and Method:</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%"> </span></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">Students' profile and needs analysis forms were used to identify the language needs of 50 students as well as a teacher textbook evaluation questionnaire to elicit the teacher's attitudes towards some aspects of the textbook.
