dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">زمینه و هدف: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">مساله بیکاری دانش آموختگان آموزش عالی یکی از چالش‌های اساسی اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشور است. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر تعیین وضعیت اشتغال دانش آموختگان مامایی و پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان بود.</span></i></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">روش بررسی: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی کلیه‌ی دانش آموختگان پرستاری و مامایی که در فاصله‌ی سال‌های 83 تا 87 فارغ التحصیل شده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری </span></i><i><span style="font-size: 10.5pt" dir="LTR">SPSS11</span></i><span dir="RTL"></span><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus"><span dir="RTL"></span> بر روی 203 پرسشنامه تکمیل شده انجام شد.</span></i></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">یافته‌ها: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که 55/27 درصد دانش‌آموختگان مامایی فاقد شغل بوده، 08/4 درصد شاغلین دارای وضعیت استخدام پیمانی،<br> 37/18 درصد قراردادی و 31/15 درصد خدمت طرح نیروی انسانی بودند.</span></i><span dir="LTR"></span><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt" dir="LTR"><span dir="LTR"></span> </span></i><span dir="RTL"></span><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus"><span dir="RTL"></span>43/11 درصد از دانش‌آموختگان پرستاری بیکار بوده، 05/39 درصد شاغلین را نیروهای طرحی و بیش از یک سوم را نیروهای قراردادی و پیمانی تشکیل می‌دهند. بیش از 70 درصد دانش آموختگان در مراکز دولتی و اکثریت در بیمارستان‌ها اشتغال داشتند.</span></i></p> <b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus" dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus" dir="RTL">نتایج پژوهش مبین نرخ بالای بیکاری در دانش آموختگان مامایی و وضعیت شغلی نامطمئن در فارغ التحصیلان پرستاری The aim of this study was to investigate the employment status of midwifery and nursing graduates of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Material and Methods:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 150%"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">In this cross-sectional study all nursing and midwifery graduates who were graduated between years of 1383-87 were studied. Data was collected with questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by utilizing SPSS statistical software on 203 filled questionnaires.<b> </b></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">Results:</span></i></b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%"> </span></i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">The results indicated that 27.55% of midwifery graduates were unemployed, 4.08% were probationally hired, 18.37% had contracts and 15.31% were hired through human resources plan. 11.43 percent of nursing graduates were unemployed, 39.05% hired through human resources plan, and more than a third of them had yearly or probation contracts. More than 70 percent of graduates worked in public centers and the majority was working in hospitals.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">Conclusion:</span></i></b><b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%"> </span></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150%">The results represent high rates of unemployment among midwifery graduates, and lack of job-safety status for nursing graduates.
