fa بررسی برخی عوامل موثر بر نمره ارزشیابی استادان توسط دانشجویان پزشکی در شهر قم آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <p>مقدمه: مطالعات در مورد عوامل موثر بر نمره ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجویان نتایج متناقضی را نشان داده اند از طرفی شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی استاد توسط دانشجویان می تواند نقاط قوت و ضعف این روش ارزشیابی را نشان دهد. بدین منظور، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر نمره ارزشیابی استادان توسط دانشجویان پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم انجام شد. روش: تمامی دانشجویان رشته پزشکی که در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 94-93 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم مشغول به تحصیل بوده و ارزشیابی را انجام داده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. پرسشنامه ارزشیابی استاد به همراه اطلاعات دانشجویان (نمره درس، معدل و جنسیت) و اطلاعات اساتید (جنسیت و مرتبه علمی) استخراج و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج: در مجموع 1028 پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میانگین نمره ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجویان دختران به طور معنی داری از دانشجویان پسر بالاتر بود. بین نمره ارزشیابی استاد با معدل دانشجویان و نمره دانشجویان در آن درس همبستگی معنی داری وجود نداشت. میانگین نمرات اساتید خانم و اساتید با مرتبه علمی دانشیاری و استادی بیشتر از سایرین بود. نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد از عوامل مربوط به دانشجویان، جنسیت دانشجو می تواند بر نمره ارزشیابی تاثیر داشته باشد و همچنین این مطالعه نشان داد اساتید خانم و اساتید با درجه علمی بالاتر نمره ارزشیابی بالاتری دارند. برخلاف برخی مطالعات قبلی که نشان دهنده تاثیر معدل و نمره دانشجو بر نمره ارزشیابی استاد بود این مطالعه نتوانست این همبستگی را نشان دهد.</p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objective:</em></strong> Studies on factors which affect the faculty members&#39; evaluation score by students have shown conflicting results. On the other hand, recognizing effective factors in student evaluation of faculty members can reveal the strengths and weaknesses of this method. This study was carried out to determine the effective factors in evaluation score of faculty members by medical students of Qom University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> All medical students who were in their first academic semester in 2014-2015 at Qom University of Medical Sciences participated in this study. Evaluation questionnaire and information about students (final score, grade point average and gender) and faculty members information (Sex and academic ranks) were also analyzed.</p> <p><strong><em>Results</em></strong>: A total of 1028 questionnaires were evaluated. Faculty members&#39; evaluation scores of female students were significantly higher than males. There was no significant correlation between faculty members&#39; evaluation scores and students&rsquo; final score and grade point average. The mean of faculty members&#39; evaluation scores in female faculty members, associate professors and professors were higher than other teachers.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> This study revealed that factors related to student and student gender had an impact on evaluation results and also female faculty members and teachers with higher academic degrees had higher evaluation scores.
