دانشجویان دانشگاه زنجان (198 نفر دختر، 202 نفر پسر) بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش از طریق دو پرسشنامه‌ی اطلاعات فردی و میانگین کل نمرات درسی دانشجویان و پرسشنامه هویت شخصی جمع‌آوری شد. <o:p /></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" black">: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که بین میزان بحران هویت با موفقیت تحصیلی رابطه معکوس و معنی‌داری وجود داشت. بین میزان بحران هویت در دختران و پسران تفاوت معنی‌دار مشاهده نشد. بین میزان بحران هویت was to investigate the relationship between identity crisis and educational success of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Zanjan</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype></st1:place> students and find an answer to the question whether there is a relationship between identity crisis and educational success of students (males and females in different educational groups).<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Material and Methods:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black"> For the present study 400 students (198 females and 202 males) were selected based on multistage clustered random sampling. Data was collected with two questionnaires (questionnaire of individual information and identity crisis questionnaire). <o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Results and Conclusion:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black"> The results showed that there was a reverse and significant relationship between identity crisis and educational success. There was no significant difference in identity crisis between males and females.
