سلامت دهان و دندان و اثر سلامت دهان و دندان بر سلامت فرد، این مقاله به منظور معرفی راه‌کاری جهت هر چه بیشتر توجه دادن آحاد زنان جامعه بر حفظ سلامت دهان و دندان خود، تنظیم گردید.َ<o:p /></span></p> <p بررسی:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma"> این مقاله با تکیه بر اصول دندانپزشکی جامعه نگر و بر اساس دندانپزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد، بر گرفته از قسمتی از نتایج مطالعات جامع بر روی سلامت دهان و دندان زنان 15 تا 60 ساله که در سال‌های 86 تا 89 انجام گرفت، تنظیم گردید.<o:p /></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify text-indent: 0cm line-height: normal" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma"> از آنجایی که وضعیت سلامت و دهان و دندان گروه‌های مورد مطالعه وضعیت مناسبی نبود، نتایج حاصل از این مطالعات توجه به استراتژی‌های مهم پیشگیری از جمله دسترسی آسان به نیرو‌های مراقبت سلامت را آشکارتر نمود.<o:p /></span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify text-indent: 0cm line-height: normal" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma"> با توجه به مراجعات مکرر زنان باردار و شیرده نزد ماماها و متخصصین زنان و زایمان و امکان ارایه‌ی مراقبت‌های اولیه حداقل در بحث آموزش، با ادغام بحث سلامت دهان و دندان در مباحث موجود در کوریکوم آموزشی مامایی و تعریف یک نقش جدید برای این گروه می‌توان در آینده از تأثیرات مثبت آن بسیار بهره برد.<o:p Their health determines the health of the future generation. Physiological and hormonal changes affect the oral health in women, and oral health affect the individual health. So, this study was conducted to introduce a new strategy for oral health improvement.<o:p /></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Methods and Materials:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black"> This article was derivated from the results of studies on Zanjan 15-60 year old women oral health with regard to community and evidence‑based dentistry.<o:p /></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Results:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black"> The women oral health status wasn’t perfect. The results of these studies showed that one of the important strategies in preventive dentistry is the simple access to health care staff.<o:p /></span></p> <b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt">Conclusions:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt"> The women currently referring to the midwives and gynecologists, are encouraged to get the oral care and be careful.
