font-family: Tahoma">زمینه و هدف:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma"> یادگیری بالینی یک بخش مهم در فرآیند یاددهی یادگیری در بسیاری از رشته‌های علوم پزشکی از جمله پرستاری می‌باشد که در آن دانشجو در تعامل با محیط، مفاهیم آموخته شده را در حیطه‌ی عمل به کار می‌گیرد. پرستاران در یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری تأثیر گذارند. از آنجا که دانشجویان پرستاری زمان زیادی از یادگیری خود را در بالین می‌گذرانند، بنابراین بهترین افرادی هستند که می‌توان از نظرات آنان در رابطه با میزان نقش پرستاران در آموزش و یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان آگاه شد.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></i></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma">روش بررسی: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع مقطعی است. روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی بوده است. نمونه‌های پژوهش 104 نفر از دانشجویان ترم‌های چهارم و ششم پرستاری دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان بودند. اعتبار پرسشنامه به روش اعتبار محتوایی و اعتماد پرسشنامه با فرمول آلفا‌ی کرونباخ سنجیده شد (با اعتماد 89 درصد). <!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></i></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma">یافته‌ها:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma"> یافته‌ها نشان داد که در اکثریت دانشجویان اعتقاد به نقش ضروری همکاری کادر پرستاری در آموزش بالینی آنان با 5/63 درصد موافقت کامل و 6/35 درصد موافقت، فراهم آوردن شرایط محیطی لازم توسط کادر پرستاری جهت یادگیری بالینی آنان با 6/60 درصد موافقت کامل و 5/38 درصد موافقت، افزایش اعتماد به نفس در آنان با حمایت پرستاران با 75/0 درصد موافقت کامل و 2/21 درصد موافقت و افزایش کارآیی دانشجویان با حمایت کادر پرستاری از آنان در موقعیت‌های جدید با 3/67 درصد موافقت کامل و 8/28درصد موافقت همراه Tahoma">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Tahoma"> براساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت که با توجه به نقش مهم پرستاران در آموزش و یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری، مسوولین آموزشی باید این نقش را پر رنگ‌تر نموده تا علاوه بر ارتقا‌ی پیشرفت یادگیری دانشجویان، در آینده نیز شاهد مراقبت مطلوب از مددجویان توسط این گروه Sampling method was based on census.Samples were 104 nursing students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences. Its content validity and reliability were estimated by Chronbach &alpha; (89%).
