پذیرش نقش‌های خطیر حرفه‌ی پرستاری است عملکرد پرستاری در بالین، باید تلفیقی از دانش نظری و عملی باشد، تا از ایجاد فاصله بین آموزش نظری و آموزش عملی جلوگیری نماید به همین منظور مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف بررسی رضایت دانشجویان پرستاری از کارورزی در عرصه انجام گردید.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma"><o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma">: در این مطالعه از روش توصیفی- مقطعی و پرسشنامه پنج نقطه‌ای لیکرت استفاده گردید. نمونه‌ها به صورت سرشماری از 150 دانشجوی پرستاری ترم 7 و 8 در دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامایی زنجان و ابهر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات فردی و پاسخ 33 سوال در مورد آموزش‌های تئوری و بالینی- همکاری پرسنل پرستاری در بخش‌های مختلف بالینی در پرسشنامه ثبت گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از بسته‌ی آماری علوم اجتماعی آزمون‌های آماری </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma">T</span><span dir="RTL"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: 10.5pt font-family: Tahoma">: اکثریت دانشجویان از میزان آمادگی علمی و تبحر بالینی در کارورزی عرصه رضایتی متوسط تا خوب داشتند. از میزان واحد ارایه شده با توجه به بخش‌های بالینی مختلف وانطباق آموزش‌های بالینی و طرح درس مربوطه به میزان رضایتی خوب ودر پاسخ به زمان ساعات کارورزی میزان رضایت‌شان متوسط بود. میزان انطباق اهداف آموزش بالینی و تئوری و محتوای دروس نظری را در حد متوسط ارزیابی کردند و از همکاری پرسنل بالینی با آموزش پرستاری اظهار رضایت کرده بودند.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 9pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: عملی، گردشی نمودن ساعات کارورزی و جذب انگیزه‌ی همکاری در پرسنل درمانی در ارتقای کیفیت و خدمات رسانی آموزشی و بالینی به مددجویان تاثیر گذار خواهد بود. </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size: 10.5pt Nursing is a combination of theoretical and practical sciences so that the gap between theoretical and clinical education is filled. The purpose of this article was to study nursing students' satisfaction with internship.<o:p /></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">Material and Methods: </span></i></b><span style="font-size: 11pt line-height: 150% color: black">A descriptive cross- sectional method and LIKRET questionnaire were used. 150 nursing students in the faculty of nursing were selected through census sampling. The research instruments included demographic data sheet and 33 questions about theorical and practical education, and nursing clinical relationship. Data was analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science V=14.
