fa پاسخگویی پژوهشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف: یکی از وظایف اصلی اعضای هیأت علمی تحقیق می باشد که به عنوان یک ضرورت اولیه برای پیشرفت حرفه ای شناخته شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پاسخگویی پژوهشی اعضای هیات علمی بود. مواد و روش ها : این پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی و در میان کلیۀ اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ای شامل خصوصیات فردی، موانع شخصی، درون سازمانی، برون سازمانی و ماهیت پژوهش بود. از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی، استفاده شد. یافته ها: عوامل بازدارنده ی درون سازمانی با میانگین و انحراف معیار 29/54 ±08/50 امتیاز در رتبه اول، عوامل مربوط به روش تحقیق علمی با 03/6± 63/55 امتیاز در رتبه دوم، عوامل بازدارنده ی شخصی با 1/5 ±64/ 58 امتیاز در رتبه سوم و عوامل برون سازمانی با9/11± 5/64 امتیاز در رتبه آخر قرار داشتند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بهبود وضعیت پژوهشی عمده ی دانشگاهها در گرو ایجاد یک نظام متمرکز تحقیقاتی جهت هماهنگی فعالیت های تحقیقاتی درون سازمانی و برون سازمانی است. Background/Objective: One of the main tasks of faculty members is research that as a primary need for professional development is recognized. Thus, we attempted to investigate research accountability of faculty members. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among all faculty members. Questionnaire collected information included personal characteristics, personal obstacles, internal, external organizations barriers and the nature of scientific research. Both descriptive and statistical analysis methods were applied. Results: Internal organizations barriers to the mean and SD 29/54 ± 08/50 points in the first place, nature and methods of scientific research with 03/6 ± 63/55 points in the second rank, personal obstacles with 1/5 ± 64/58 points in the third and external organizations factors with the 9/11 ± 5/64 points in the final rankings were.
