fa ویژگی های یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی سنندج، سال 1392 آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف: استاد مهم‌ترین و اساسی ترین عامل موفقیت در تحقق اهداف آموزشی در هر موسسه دانشگاهی می‌باشد. آگاهی از نظرات دانشجویان در مورد ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی به ما کمک می‌کند تا در تنظیم فعالیت‌های تدریس و ارزیابی آموزشی با آگاهی تصمیم بگیریم. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین ویژگی های یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی سنندج انجام گردید. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه‌ی مورد بررسی تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی سنندج بودند که حداقل 2 ترم تحصیلی را گذرانده و در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 92-1391 مشغول به تحصیل بودند که از بین آن‌ها 384 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر دو بخش سووالات دموگرافیک و سووالات مربوط به خصوصیات یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی بود که توسط دانشجویان تکمیل گردید. یافته‌ها: از نظر دانشجویان، مهم ترین گویه ها، تسلط استاد بر موضوع مورد تدریس، دانش عمومی در مورد درس مورد تدریس، کوشش جهت تفهیم درس و پاسخ به سووالات دانشجو و سابقه‌ی تدریس استاد و کم اهمیت ترین مشخصه های یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی شامل انجام حضور و غیاب، برگزاری کوئیز و امتحان میان ترم، رتبه‌ی دانشگاهی استاد و رعایت آیین نامه‌ی آموزشی و حذف دانشجویانی که بیش از حد مجاز غیبت دارند، بودند. بین جنس دانشجو و رشته‌ی تحصیلی با حیطه های شش گانه ارتباط آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد(05/0P>). نتیجه‌گیری: توان علمی استاد از مهم ترین خصوصیات یک استاد خوب در این مطالعه بود که در کنار سابقه‌ی تدریس می‌تواند باعث پیشرفت کیفیت آموزشی شود؛ لذا دانشگاه‌ها بایستی در انتخاب اساتید، از مدرسین با توان علمی بالا و آشنا با روش‌های ارتباطی و شیوه های مناسب برخورد با دانشجو استفاده نمایند. Background and Objective: The teacher is the most important factor in achieving educational goals in any academic institution. Awareness of student opinions about the characteristics of a good teacher can help us to determine the principles of evaluation of teaching and learning activities. The present study was carried out to determine the characteristics of a good teacher from the viewpoint of students of Sanandaj University of Applied Sciences. Materials and Methods: The present research was a cross-sectional study. Samples were all of students of Sanandaj University of Applied Sciences who had passed at least two semesters and were enrolled in the second semester of the academic year of 2013. Of those, 384 students were randomly selected. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire consisting of two parts: demographic questions and questions related to the characteristics of a good teacher. For data analysis spss version 16 was used. Results: From the viewpoint of the students, mastery of the subject matter taught by the teacher, general knowledge about teaching of the lesson, trying to understand the lesson and answering students' questions and teaching experience of the teacher were most important. The least important characteristics of a good educator were paying attention to the students, holding quizzes and midterm exam, academic rank, compliance with educational regulations and dropping the students who exceed absent-from-class limit. There was no statistically significant relationship between sex, course of study and the six areas of the characteristics of a good teacher (P>0.05).
