fa دیدگاه دانشجویان در رابطه با عملکرد آموزشی ،روابط بین فردی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی مربیان بالینی دانشکده پرستاری مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف: مربیان بالینی با ایجاد محیط آموزش بالینی مناسب ، نقش به‌سزایی در کسب توانمندی های حرفه ای دانشجویان گروه‌های پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی زنجان در خصوص عملکرد آموزشی،روابط بین فردی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی مربیان بالینی انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 332 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده‌ی پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان به صورت سرشماری مشارکت داشتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها ،پرسشنامه متشکل از 2 بخش بود ،بخش اول پرسشنامه شامل مشخصات فردی مربیان بالینی و بخش دوم با 48 سوال در5 حیطه ،مربوط به سنجش توانایی عمومی آموزش ،شایستگی های حرفه ای، نحوه ارزشیابی دانشجویان، روابط بین فردی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مربیان طراحی شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی، آزمون آماری t مستقل،آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها:در رابطه با عملکرد آموزشی2/82 درصد از دانشجویان مربیان بالینی خود را خوب توصیف کردند ،از نظر شایستگی بالینی نیز در 9/80 درصد موارد ، در حیطه‌ی نحوه‌ی ارزشیابی دانشجویان در 1/65 درصد موارد و از نظر روابط بین فردی در 7/79 درصد موارد نتیجه ارزشیابی خوب بوده است. از دیدگاه دانشجویان ، مربیان بالینی از نظر ویژگی های شخصیتی در 2/76 درصد موارد خوب ارزیابی شدند. میانگین نمره‌ی کسب شده مربیان ،9/84 از کل 100 نمره بود که در دو جنس مذکر و مونث، تفاوت آماری معنی داری نداشت. میانگین کل نمره‌ی کسب شده در اساتید بالینی با مدرک phd بالاتر از مربیان دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد و کارشناسی بود. بیشترین نمره مربوط به مربیان مامایی و مربیان با سابقه‌ی کار بیش از 10 سال و کمترین میانگین نمره‌ی اخذ شده مربوط به مربیان گروه اتاق عمل و مربیان با سابقه‌ی کاری 5 تا 10 سال بود (05/0>P). نتیجه گیری: اگرچه عملکرد بالینی مربیان در دانشکده‌ی پرستاری و مامایی زنجان از دیدگاه دانشجویان خوب ارزیابی شد، اما با ارزیابی های مکرر وضعیت آموزش بالینی و پایش عملکرد مربیان و مقایسه وضعیت موجود با وضعیت قبل و تقویت جنبه های مثبت و اصلاح نقایص می توان گامی موثر در راستای ارتقای هر چه بیشتر کیفیت آموزش بالینی برداشت. Background and Objective: Clinical instructors play an important role in creating a learning environment for their students to acquire professional skills. This study is aimed to determine students' views on educational performance, interpersonal relationships and personal characteristics of clinical instructors at Zanjan School of Nursing and Midwifery. Materials and Methods: In this cross - sectional study, 332 college students of Zanjan School of Nursing and Midwifery participated. A questionnaire was designed which was approved by EDO members of the faculty. Questions were designed in five categories: general teaching ability, professional competency, student evaluation, interpersonal relationships and personal characteristics.Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Friedman test, analysis of variance, and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. Results: 82.2% of students described the educational performance of their clinical instructors as “good”. In 80.9% of cases of clinical competence, in the area of Student Evaluation in 76.2% of cases and in 79.7% of cases of interpersonal relationships evaluation results were good. From the students’ perspective clinical instructors' personal characteristics in 75.1% of cases were evaluated as good. The instructors’ scores was 84.9 out of a total of 100 scores and for both males and females the difference was not statistically significant. The total score achieved by clinical professors with Ph.D. degrees was higher than teachers’ with a Master's Degree and B.Sc. Degree. It was also higher among midwifery instructors in comparison with the instructors of other fields and the differences were statistically significant ( p<.05 ). The lowest score was for the instructors with 5 -10 years experience and the highest was for the instructors with more than 10 years of experience.
