fa مقایسه نمرات دانشجویان پرستاری در امتحان بهداشت مادران و نوزادان در دو آزمون تشریحی و چند گزینه ای آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: شیوه ارزشیابی یادگیری دانشجویان در نحوه مطالعه آنان بازتاب دارد، هدف مطالعه حاضر"مقایسه نمرات درس بهداشت مادران و نوزادان دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در دو روش امتحان تشریحی و چند گزینه ای" بود . روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نمرات 40 سئوال امتحانی چند گزینه ای با 40 سئوال تشریحی در درس بهداشت مادران و نوزادان در مدت 4 نیمسال تحصیلی در 121 دانشجوی پرستاری مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته و یک نکته علمی به دو روش تشریحی و چند گزینه ای در یک جلسه امتحانی از دانشجویان سئوال شد . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون تی زوج و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام و میزان P<0.05 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد . یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار کل نمرات دانشجویان در آزمون تشریحی 7/3±72/14 و در آزمون چند گزینه ای 4/2±53/16 بود و تفاوت معنی دار بود(P<0.001). همبستگی قوی و مثبتی بین سئوالات تشریحی و چند گزینه ای وجود داشت (93/0=r) و دانشجویانی که در امتحان تشریحی نمره بالا گرفته بودند ، در آزمون چند گزینه ای نیز نمرات بالاتری داشتند نتیجه گیری: عملکرد دانشجویان در آزمون چند گزینه ای قویتر از آزمون تشریحی بود. استفاده صرف از سئوالات چند گزینه ای در امتحانات ، ممکن است سبب موفقیت دانشجویانی که قدرت درک ، تجزیه و تحلیل ، تفکر و کاربرد ندارند ، گردد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود در امتحانات علاوه بر سئوالات چند گزینه ای ، از انواع دیگر سئوالات از جمله سئوالات تشریحی نیز استفاده شود. واژگان کلیدی: آزمون تشریحی ، آزمون چند گزینه ای ، عملکرد دانشجویان، واحد بهداشت مادران و نوزادان AABSTRACT: Background and Objective: The method of evaluation in learning of students, affects the mode of studying. The aim of this study was to compare the nursing student performances in essay and multiple-choice questions in mother and child Health examination in Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: In this study, the scores of forthy multiple-choice questions in final examination in 121 of nursing students during the four years were compared with the scores of forthy essay questions and a scientific content was questioned in two types: essay and multiple-choice. Data was analyzed by paired t-test and Pearson correlation test and P<0.05 was considered significant . Findings: Mean and standard deviation of scores in students was 14.72±3.7 in essay questions and 16.53±2.4 in multiple-choice questions and difference was significant (P<0.001) .There was a positive correlation between the essay and multiple-choice questions(r=0.93). Conclusion: studentsُ performance was stronger in multiple-choice questions than the essay questions .Use of multiple-choice questions only, may be caused the success of students who have not the ability of perception, resolution and application. Therefore, we suggest using of different questions including essay questions in addition to multiple-choice questions in examinations.
