fa ابعاد و مولفه های موثر بر ارتقاء دانشگاه خدمت محور: تحلیل کیفی دیدگاه خبرگان آموزش عالی آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;شیوه خدمت محوری راهبردی مبتنی بر پاسخگویی به نیاز ذی نفعان است که بر فرآیندهایی نظیر پیوند میان دنیای تحقیق و کسب و کار، معرفی قابلیت های موجود در دانشگاه و اشاعه دانش در جامعه تاکید دارد. لذا، هدف اصلی این پژوهش&nbsp; شناسایی و تعیین مولفه های موثر بر ارتقاء دانشگاه خدمت محور(با کارکرد خدمت به جامعه) بوده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق کدگذاری و تحلیل محتوای مضامین مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نمونه گیری به روش هدفمند انجام شد. حجم نمونه ها نیز براساس قاعده &laquo;اشباع نظری&raquo; به تعداد 15نفر ازخبرگان و صاحب نظران نظام آموزش عالی تعیین شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;نتایج بیانگر این است که مولفه های اصلی در ارتقاء دانشگاه خدمت محور عبارتند از: نیروی انسانی، پاسخگویی و شفافیت، شیوه های خدمت رسانی، حفظ استقلال دانشگاهی، ساختار انعطاف پذیر، داشتن فرهنگ دانشگاهی، رهبری و مدیریت دانشگاه، استاندارد سازی و نیازسنجی، استقرار نظام تنظیم کیفیت خدمات، توسعه فناوری و نوآوری می باشند.</span></span><strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;بنابه یافته های این مطالعه، تقویت مولفه های موثر در ارتقاء دانشگاه خدمت محور ضروری می باشد. براین اساس، مسئولان نظام آموزش عالی کشور بایستی زمینه لازم جهت تحقق این مهم را مهیا سازند.</span></span> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> The service-oriented method is a strategy based on responding to the needs of stakeholders that emphasizes processes such as the link between the world of research and business, introducing the capabilities of the university and dissemination of knowledge in society. Therefore, this study aimed to recognize and determine the components affecting the improvement of a service-oriented university (by serving the community).<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This qualitative study was performed using a content analysis technique. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews, and data analysis was carried out following coding and analyzing the content of the themes. Overall, 15 experts in the field of the higher education system were selected by purposeful sampling based on the &ldquo;theoretical saturation&rdquo; rule.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, the main components involved in the improvement of a service-oriented university included human resources, responsiveness and transparency, service methods, university autonomy, and academic freedom, university culture, flexible structure, leadership and university management, standardization and needs assessment, service quality regulation system, and technology and innovation.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of the present study, it is crucial to strengthen the components affecting the improvement of a service-oriented university.
