fa مقایسه ابعاد انگیزش و ویژگی های شخصیتی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی و پردیس بین الملل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <pre dir="RTL"> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> &nbsp;آگاهی و مقایسه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و انگیزشی سبب می‌شود که از سوگیری‌های منفی که ممکن است نسبت به اشخاصی که ترجیح‌های متفاوت با ترجیح‌های ما دارند مطلع شویم؛ لذا هدف این پژوهش مقایسه‌ی ابعاد انگیزش و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی و پردیس بین‌الملل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> &nbsp;این پژوهش علی‌مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در رشته پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال تحصیلی ۹۶-۹۷ بودند که تعداد ۴۰۱ نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه‌ی پژوهش به‌صورت طبقه‌ای خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های انگیزش کلر و شخصیت نئو استفاده شد. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (MANOVA) برای تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شد.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span> <strong>یافته‌&shy;ها:</strong> &nbsp;نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که صفات شخصیتی و مولفه‌های انگیزش دانشجویان پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی و پردیس بین&not;‌الملل با یکدیگر تفاوت معنا‌داری ندارد (05/0</pre> <p 1="(391و9)F).<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span>" 33=""><strong>نتیجه‌&shy;گیری:</strong> &nbsp;از یافته‌های به‌دست آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که معیارهای انتخاب دانشجویان پزشکی در دو دانشکده پزشکی و پردیس بین‌الملل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران یکسان است و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران توانسته است در دانشکده پزشکی و پردیس بین‌الملل محیط‌های آموزشی یکسان ایجاد نماید.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></p> <p 1="(391و9)F).<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span>" 33=""><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Objective</strong> Learning about and comparing personality traits and motivation in students enable us to understand negative biases for those who have different preferences. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the motivational dimensions and personality traits in students of the school of medicine and the international campus of Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This causal-comparative research was performed on all students studying basic medical sciences in Iran University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2017-2018. In total, 401 subjects were selected by stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected using Keller&rsquo;s motivation questionnaire and the NEO-Five Factor Inventory.
