fa واکاوی شایستگی‌های اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها در تدریس با کیفیت آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong><span style="background:navy;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;فنی‌ترین و اصلی‌ترین کارکرد آموزش عالی، آموزش و تدریس است و تحقق با کیفیت این کارکرد، مستلزم این است که متولی اصلی آن در دانشگاه‌ها؛ یعنی اعضای هیأت علمی،&nbsp; واجد شایستگی‌های لازم در این زمینه باشند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، واکاوی شایستگی‌های اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها در تدریس با کیفیت است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:navy;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است؛ به همین منظور، تعداد 12 نفر از خبرگان آموزش دانشگاهی به صورت هدفمند و با راهبرد نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شده و به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک تحلیل موضوعی (تم) استفاده شد. برای اطمینان از روایی پژوهش، از بررسی توسط اعضاء (مصاحبه شوندگان) و روش چند سویه نگری منابع داده‌ها و برای محاسبه پایاییِ کدگذاری‌های انجام شده، از روش‌های پایایی باز آزمون و پایایی توافق درون موضوعی (توافق بین دو کد گذار) استفاده گردید. پس از پیاده‌سازی محتوای مصاحبه‌ها و تحلیل مقدماتی آن‌ها، کدها یا مفاهیم اولیه شناسایی و به منظور دستیابی به مقوله‌های اصلی، کدهای مشابه در طبقه‌هایی خاص قرار گرفتند. در نهایت برای هر یک از طبقات عنوانی که دربرگیرنده مفاهیم کل کدهای آن طبقه باشد، انتخاب گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:navy;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;در نتیجه این مطالعه شایستگی‌های اعضای هیأت علمی برای تدریس با کیفیت مشخص گردید که به اعتقاد خبرگان آموزش دانشگاهی، برای حصول کیفیت در تدریس اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها؛ توجه به شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای، تخصصی، اجتماعی-ارتباطی، اخلاقی، علاقه‌مندی به تدریس و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی از اهمیت برخوردار می‌باشند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:navy;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;انتخاب فرد مناسب جهت تصدی امرِ خطیرِ آموزش، نیازمند دقت و در نظر گرفتن شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای، تخصصی، اجتماعی-ارتباطی، اخلاقی و علاقه‌مندی به تدریس می‌باشد.</span></span> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> The most technical and basic function of higher education is teaching and education, and providing high-quality teaching requires a certain level of competencies observed in the main custodian of teaching in universities- i.e. the faculty members. This study aimed to evaluate the faculty members&rsquo; competencies in high-quality teaching.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This was a qualitative research performed on 12 academic education experts selected by purposeful, theoretical sampling method. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with the participants, and data analysis was performed applying the thematic analysis technique. The validity of the research was confirmed based on the opinions of interviewees and the results of data source multidimensional method. In addition, reliability of the coding process was approved applying the retest method and intra-subject agreement (the agreement between two coders). The implementation of interviews&rsquo; content and their primary analysis was associated with the identification of initial codes or concepts and classification of similar codes in specific categories to achieve the main categories. Ultimately, a name was chosen for each category based on the general concept of the codes.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, the competencies required for faculty members were determined to provide high-quality teaching.
