fa بررسی انگیزه تحصیلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شرق کشور آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: انگیزه یکی از عوامل اساسی در یادگیری است و می تواند بر جنبه های مختلف رفتاری دانشجویان نیز در محیط های آموزشی موثر باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شرق کشور در سال 1396 طراحی و اجرا گردید.<br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی<span dir="LTR">-</span>تحلیلی و مقطعی بوده، که&nbsp; بر روی تعداد 334 نفر از دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شرق کشور انجام شد. جهت گرد آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مربوط به عوامل مرتبط استفاده گردید. داده ها به وسیله نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و تحلیلی و آزمون های<span dir="LTR">t-test </span>&nbsp;و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و<span dir="LTR">x²</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 1.57&plusmn;20.53 سال و میانگین انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان 18.75&plusmn;124.04 از مجموع 196 امتیاز بود. همچنین بین میزان انگیزه تحصیلی و هریک از سطوح مربوط به امور رفاهی ، آموزشی و آینده شغلی و همچنین متغیرهای سن ، جنس و دانشگاه محل تحصیل اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده شد (<span dir="LTR">P<u><</u>0/05</span>). همچنین ارتباط معناداری (<span dir="LTR">P<u><</u>0/05</span>) بین بعد درونی انگیزه و بعد بیرونی انگیزه مشاهده شد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: نظر به وجود ارتباط بین انگیزه تحصیلی و عوامل مرتبط، توجه بیشتر مسئولین به این عوامل انتظار می رود تا ضمن بررسی این عوامل و رفع موانع، با افزایش انگیزه دانشجویان جهت رشد و شکوفایی آنها اقدام گردد.</span> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> Motivation is a basic factor for learning which can affect various behavioral aspects of students in educational environments. This study aimed to explore the academic motivation of laboratory science students in the universities of medical sciences in the East of Iran in 2017.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytical study was performed on 334 laboratory science students. Data were collected using an academic motivation scale and a researcher-made questionnaire for factors related to motivation. In addition, data analysis was performed in SPSS using descriptive and analytical statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Chi-square.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, the mean age of the participants was 20.53&plusmn;1.57 years, and the mean academic motivation of students was 124.04&plusmn;18.75 (from a total score of 196). According to the results, there was a significant relationship between academic motivation and the related factors of welfare, education, and future career with the variables of age, gender, and university of study (P&le;0.05). Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic dimensions of motivation (P&le;0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of the study, the factors of welfare, education, and future career affected the academic motivation of laboratory science students.
