fa بررسی تاثیر برگزاری کارگاه استاندارد سازی سوالات چهارگزینه‌ای بر عملکرد و رضایتمندی اعضاء هیات علمی پرستاری و مامایی در طراحی سئوالات پایان ترم و رضایتمندی دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان آموزش Education <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;یکی از راهکارهای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، طراحی سوالات چندگزینه ای استاندارد می‌باشد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر برگزاری کارگاه استاندارد سازی سوالات چهارگزینه‌ای پایان ترم بر علمکرد و رضایتمندی اساتید دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی زنجان انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;: این مطالعه مداخله‌ای تک گروهی قبل و بعد در سال 98-1397 اجرا شد. عملکرد اساتید از نظر رعایت قواعد ساختار و سطح تاکسونومی سوالات در دو مرحله قبل و دو ترم متوالی بعد از مداخله و رضایتمندی با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بررسی شد. نمونه پژوهش 50 نفر از&nbsp; اساتید دانشکده&nbsp; بودند و نمونه‌گیری در دسترس&nbsp; استفاده شد. محتوای آموزشی شامل اصول طراحی سوالات عینی، اعتبار صوری و اعتبار محتوایی، نحوه بررسی ضریب دشورای و ضریب تمیز سوالات بود. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آماره کای دو در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;مجموع نمرات نحوه رعایت ساختار سوالات در طول سه ترم&nbsp; از 8/65 درصد به 5/83 درصد افزایش یافت. سطح سنجش و ارزیابی در نیسمال دوم بررسی که بعد از برگزاری کارگاه بود افزایش داشت ولی در نیسمال بعدی مجدد کاهش نشان داد.</span></span><strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="background:darkblue;"><span style="color:white;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری: </span></span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">&nbsp;با توجه به اهمیت سطح تاکسونومی سوالات علاوه بر ابلاغ دستورالعمل استفاده از چک لیست میلمن و بلوپرینت به اساتید، نیاز هست به طور مستمر کارگاههای توانمندسازی در این زمینه برگزار شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> Designing standard Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) can enhance education quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of holding a workshop on the standardization of MCQs for the final examination of the performance and satisfaction of faculties and student satisfaction in the Zanjan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This was a pre-post single-group interventional study performed during 2018-2019. The performance of the faculties was assessed in terms of observing the structural rules and taxonomic level of the questions in the two stages before the consecutive semesters after the intervention. In addition, the level of satisfaction was evaluated using a researcher-made questionnaire. The sample population consisted of 50 faculty members selected by a simple random method. The educational content was composed of the objective questions design principles, face and content validity, and difficulty/discrimination indices of the questions. Moreover, data analysis was performed applying descriptive statistics and chi-square at 95% confidence interval.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: This study reviewed 932 and 1679 questions before and after the intervention, respectively. There was a higher satisfaction level for all the Millman checklist criteria after intervening in the structure of questions.<br> As a result, the total mean score of the structure of the questions increased from 12.67&plusmn;0.86 to 13.0&plusmn;06.69, demonstrating a statistically significant increase in this regard (P&le;0.001). The comprehension and knowledge questions had the highest, and evaluation questions had the lowest percentage per Bloom&#39;s taxonomy in each semester.
