fa پیش بینی عملکرد تحصیلی با توجه به ابعاد هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong>زمینه و هدف :</strong> بررسی عملکرد تحصیلی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن می‌تواند کمک شایان توجهی در بهبود وضعیت آموزشی و تحصیلی دانشجویان داشته باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ابعاد هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی می‌باشد.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> &nbsp;روش انجام مطالعه توصیفی - همبستگی بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بودند که به‌&shy;صورت تصادفی چندمرحله‌&shy;ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌&shy;ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش به‌&shy;منظور تحلیل داده&shy;‌ها از همبستگی متعارف و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. داده&shy;‌ها با استفاده از نسخه 21افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>یافته&shy;‌ها: </strong>&nbsp;نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی متعارف نشان داد که بین متغیرهای عملکرد تحصیلی با ابعاد هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی دانشجویان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد(001/0>P و 644/0=&lambda;&nbsp; و35/73= F). همچنین، بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، 36 درصد از واریانس متغیر عملکرد تحصیلی به کمک متغیرهای پیش‌بین (ابعاد هویت تحصیلی، سرزندگی تحصیلی و شکفتگی) قابل پیش‌بینی است.<span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;‌گیری:</strong> &nbsp;با توجه به عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان و آگاهی از عوامل مؤثر بر آن، می‌توان برنامه‌ای مدون و دقیق را تدوین کرد تا با ایجاد زمینه مناسب برای به فعالیت رساندن استعدادهای بالقوه دانشجویان، زمینه رشد و شکوفایی هر چه بیشتر آن‌ها فراهم گردد <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> Evaluation of academic performance and recognition of effective factors in this regard can considerably help the improvement of the academic and educational states of students. This study aimed to evaluate the role of academic identity, academic vitality, and flourishing in the prediction of academic performance of students at the University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive-correlational study was conducted on 200 students of the University of Medical Sciences, selected by random multistage sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaires of academic identity, academic vitality, and flourishing. In addition, data analysis was performed in SPSS version 21 using canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, there was a significant relationship between the variables of academic performance and dimensions of academic identity, academic vitality, and flourishing of students (F=73.35, &lambda;=0.644, P<0.001).
