fa از "پرستیژ" تا"نوع دوستی": داستان دانشجویان پزشکی درباره عوامل انگیزشی آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> دانشجویان منابع گرانبهای یک کشور هستند. پزشکی از رشته های جذاب در بسیاری از کشورها بوده که دارای عوامل انگیزشی متفاوتی برای انتخاب است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی تغییرات ممکن در انگیزه دانشجویان از سال اول تا سال گذشته آموزش پزشکی بود<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>مواد و روشها:</strong> در یک مطالعه مقطعی، دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1395مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مجموع 200 نفر از دانشجویان به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای طبقه بندی شده انتخاب شدند. یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 29 سوال در مورد عوامل انگیزشی طراحی (آلفای کرونباخ=77/0) و توزیع شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> به طور کلی، سه دلیل اصلی انتخاب پزشکی عبارت بودند از: &quot;پزشکان وضعیت اجتماعی خوبی دارند&quot;(84 نفر، 7/46%)، &quot;من می خواستم به مردم برای بهبود سلامت آنها کمک کنم&quot; (81 نفر، 8/44%) و &quot;من می خواستم رییس خودم باشم &quot;(73 نفر، 8/40%). آقایان بیشتر از خانم ها نسبت به درآمد مالی (7/0 <span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 1/1 در مقابل 9/0 <span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 8/0 ، 04/0<span dir="LTR">p=</span>)، و امنیت شغلی (1/1 <span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 4/0 در مقابل 0/1 <span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 1/0 ، 05/0<span dir="LTR">p=</span>) نگران بودند. با گذشت زمان نظرات دانشجویان درمورد مناسب بودن طول دوره آموزش پزشکی کاملا تغییر کرده بود (7/0 در علوم پایه تا 4/0- در کارآموزی، 001/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>)<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با گذراندن مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی، عوامل انگیزشی دانشجویان دچار تغییرات اساسی می شود. این را می توان با این واقعیت توضیح داد که تفکر دانشجویان پزشکی در حین آموزش بالینی و مواجهه با&nbsp;واقعیت های پزشکی، به سمت واقع گرایانه تر شدن پیش می رود. <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> Students are invaluable assets of every country. Medicine has long been a major of great interest worldwide, the selection of which involves numerous motivational factors. The present study aimed to assess various motivational factors in medical students since the first until the last year of education.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted on the medical students at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Mashhad, Iran in 2016. In total, 200 students were selected via stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with 29 items regarding motivational factors. The questionnaire was validated (&alpha;=0.77) and completed by the participants.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The main reasons for the selection of medicine as a field of studies were as follows: &quot;Doctors have a good social status.&rdquo; (n=84; 46.7%), &ldquo;I wanted to help people improve their health.&rdquo; (n=81; 44.8%), and &ldquo;I wanted to be self-employed in the future.&rdquo; (n=73; 40.8%). The male students were more concerned about financial income (mean score: 1.1&plusmn;0.7 vs. 0.8&plusmn;0.9; P=0.04) and job security (mean score: 0.4&plusmn;1.1 vs. 0.1&plusmn;1; P=0.05) compared to the female students.
