fa وضع مطلوب برنامه درسی رشته دندانپزشکی براساس ضرورت‌های بومی ایران و تجارب بین‌المللی آموزش Education گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین وضعیت مطلوب برنامه درسی رشته دندانپزشکی براساس ضرورت‌های بومی ایران و تجارب بین‌المللی است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این پژوهش از روش کیفی استفاده شده است. ابتدا با مطالعات کتابخانه&shy;ای و تحلیل و تفسیر اطلاعات حاصل از آن، برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی و تجارب واقعی برخی از دانشگاه‌های معتبر ایران و جهان بررسی شد. سپس بر بنیاد استدلال‌های نظری و دستاوردهای تجربی دانشگاه‌های معتبر، به ارائه وضعیت مطلوب برنامه درسی رشته دندانپزشکی براساس ضرورت‌های بومی ایران و تجارب بین‌المللی پرداخته شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> کمبود جامعه‌نگری و کم‌توجهی به جنبه‌های پیشگیری، جدا بودن آموزش علوم پایه از دروس بالینی و کلینیکی، عدم ایجاد انگیزه یادگیری در فراگیران و ضعف در تربیت فراگیرانی مستقل، بازنگری در برنامه درسی دندانپزشکی را ضروری ساخته‌اند و تلفیق برنامه‌های درسی دندانپزشکی به‌صورت تلفیق افقی و عمودی می‌تواند وضعیت مطلوب برنامه درسی رشته دندانپزشکی را رقم بزند. بنابراین، محور فعالیت&shy;های تغییر و اصلاح برنامه &shy;درسی شامل تمرکز بر رویکردهای تلفیقی با محوریت &laquo;آموزش توام با پژوهش&raquo;، &laquo;دندانپزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد&raquo; و &laquo;ورود دانش‌های جدید&raquo; در برنامه&shy;ریزی درسی دندانپزشکی بوده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>برنامه درسی تلفیقی مطلوب آموزش دندانپزشکی، برنامه‌ای است که در سه سطح (سطح حوزۀ علمی، سطح رشته تحصیلی، سطح برنامه موضوعی یا محتوای درس)؛ با تصمیم&shy;گیری دربارۀ چهار عنصر (اهداف، محتوا، روش و ارزشیابی) و با رعایت چهار اصل (تلفیق هم‌زمان در سطح خرد و کلان؛ تنوع روش‌ها و چند بعدی بودن؛ تعادل بین محتواـ فرایندمحوری برنامه تلفیق؛ و مکمل بودن تلفیق از درون ـ تلفیق از بیرون) به تولید برنامه‌های درسی دندانپزشکی می‌پردازد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> Dentistry is one of the branches of medical sciences, which should change in response to the needs of the community in the third millennium. The present study aimed to determine the desirable status of the dental curriculum based on the domestic requirements of Iran and international experiences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This was a qualitative, historical research. Using library studies and the analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, the dental curriculum and actual experiences of reputable universities were examined in Iran and some other countries. Following that, based on the theoretical arguments and empirical achievements of some reputable universities, the favorable status of the dental curriculum was investigated considering the domestic needs of Iran and international experiences.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Through evaluation of the experiences of various universities in Iran and other universities across the world regarding the reform of the dental curriculum, it was concluded that the lack of a holistic approach, insufficient attention to the preventative aspects, separation of basic sciences education from clinical courses, lack of learning motivation in learners, and poor training of independent learners have urged the thorough review of the dental curriculum. The horizontal and vertical integration of the dental curriculum could enhance the current status of dentistry.
