fa بررسی دیدگاه و رضایت دانشجویان دانشکده ی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه نسبت به رشته ی تحصیلی و آینده ی شغلی خود آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> چگونگی ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی به افراد جامعه بستگی به انگیزه‌&shy;های دندانپزشکان آینده یا دانشجویان فعلی برای ورود به این رشته و شغل دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه و رضایت دانشجویان دانشکده&shy;‌ی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه نسبت به رشته&shy;‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌&shy;ی شغلی خود می&shy;باشد<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> &nbsp;در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 223 نفر از دانشجویان ورودی سراسری و بین الملل دانشکده&shy;‌ی دندانپزشکی کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۵-۱۳۹۶ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. پرسشنامه استاندارد مورد استفاده (شامل 9 سوال سنجش رضایت از رشته‌&shy;ی تحصیلی و 6 سوال آینده&shy;‌ی شغلی) در اختیار دانشجویان قرار گرفت. داده&shy;‌ها توسط آزمون&shy;‌های توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌&shy;ها:</strong> &nbsp;223 پرسشنامه ( 9/76 % پاسخگویی) توسط دانشجویان تکمیل گردید. اکثر دانشجویان (5/79 %) از انتخاب رشته خود راضی بودند. همچنین 2/72 درصد درآمد زایی این رشته را دلیل انتخاب رشته‌&shy;ی خود اعلام کردند. 8/84 درصد از دانشجویان معتقد بودند افزایش پذیرش دانشجو در این رشته آینده‌&shy;ی شغلی آن را به خطر می‌اندازد. اختلاف آماری معنی ‌داری بین سن، جنسیت، سال ورود و نوع ورودی با میانگین نمرات دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به رشته&shy;‌ی تحصیلی و دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به آینده&shy;‌ی شغلی وجود نداشت (05/0<p).<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;‌گیری:</strong> &nbsp;نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد اکثر دانشجویان از انتخاب رشته‌&shy;ی تحصیلی خود راضی هستند و کسب درآمد بالا، علاقه به رشته و کسب موقعیت اجتماعی بالا از مهم&shy;ترین عوامل انتخاب رشته در بین دانشجویان است.<br> &nbsp;</p).<br> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> The provision of dental services to society members depends on the motivations of future dentists or studying students to enter this discipline and career. The present study aimed to evaluate Kermanshah dental students&rsquo; attitude toward and satisfaction with their discipline and future career.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive, cross-sectional study was performed on 223 matriculated and international students in the Dentistry School of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences during 2016-2017. The subjects were selected by convenience sampling, and the standard questionnaire (encompassing nine items on satisfaction with discipline and six items on future career) was distributed among the students. Moreover, data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In total, 223 questionnaires (76.9%) were completed by the students, 79.5% of them were satisfied with their chosen discipline. Furthermore, the high income level of the dental career was the main reason for selecting this discipline by 72.2% of the participants. On the other hand, 84.8% of the students believed that increased admission of students in this field would endanger their future career. However, the results were indicative of no significant difference between age, gender, and year and type of admission with the mean score of students&rsquo; attitude toward their discipline and future career (P>0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of the study, most dental students were satisfied with their discipline.
