fa تحلیل کارایی و بهره وری دانشکده‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز طی سال‌های 1390-1394 آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></em></strong><strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> کارایی و بهره وری مهم‌&shy;ترین شاخص‌&shy;های عملکردی یک سازمان آموزشی محسوب می&shy;‌شوند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه محاسبه کارایی و بهره وری دانشکده&shy;‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بود.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی و مبتنی بر داده‌&shy;های تابلویی و سری زمانی است. عملکرد هفت دانشکده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز طی سال&shy;‌های 1390 الی 1394 بر اساس شاخص کارایی و بهره وری بررسی شدند. شاخص‌&shy;ها ورودی و خروجی بر اساس عملکرد آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشکده‌&shy;ها مشخص شدند. برای سنجش کارایی و بهره وری از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌&shy;ها و شاخص بهره وری مالئم کوییست </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Malmquist</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) استفاده شد. در این مطالعه از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Deap.2</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> استفاده شد.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته&shy;‌ها:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> میانگین شاخص تغییرات کارایی مدیریتی، مقیاس، فنی و تکنولوژیک طی 5 سال، به ترتیب 1(ثابت)، 991/0 (کاهش)، 991/0 (کاهش) و 862/0 (کاهش) بودند. همه شاخص‌&shy;های کارایی و بهره وری در سال 1393 رشد داشتند و نسبت به سال‌&shy;های دیگر بالاتر بود. میانگین بهره وری کل در دانشکده&shy;‌های مورد مطالعه 855/0 بود. لذا دانشکده‌&shy;ها در مجموع با کاهش نسبی بهره وری به میزان 5/15 درصد طی سال&shy;‌های 90-94 مواجه بود. شاخص بهره وری کل در سال‌&shy;های 1391 (+8/19 درصد) و 1393 (+4/73 درصد) افزایش داشت. در بین دانشکده‌&shy;های مورد مطالعه، به ترتیب دانشکده&shy;‌ی پزشکی (47 درصد)، بهداشت (43 درصد)، داروسازی (32 درصد)، پرستاری (14 درصد) و دندانپزشکی (13 درصد) با کاهش بهره وری مواجه بودند. دانشکده‌&shy;ی پیراپزشکی با رشد 1/80 درصد و دانشکده‌&shy;ی توانبخشی با رشد 4/18 درصد، بالاترین رشد بهره وری را داشتند</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه گیری</span></span></em></strong><strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نتایج نشان داد که کارایی و بهره وری دانشکده‌&shy;های مورد مطالعه نیازمند بهبود بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> مهم‌&shy;ترین عامل در افزایش و کاهش شاخص بهره‌&shy;وری کل دانشکده‌&shy;های مورد مطالعه، کارایی تکنولوژیک بود.</span></span></em><br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> Efficiency and productivity are considered as the most important performance indicators of an educational organization. This study aimed to estimate the efficiency and productivity of schools in Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive study was based on panel and time series data. In total, seven schools of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences were assessed during 2011-2015 in terms of efficiency and productivity. The input and output indexes were determined based on research and educational performance of schools. In this research, data envelopment analysis method and the Malmquist productivity index (MPI) were used to analyze the efficiency and productivity of schools, respectively. Data analysis was performed in Deap.2 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, mean index of changes in management, scale, technical and technological efficiency over five years were 1 (constant), 0.991 (decreased), 0.991 (decreased), and 0.862 (decreased), respectively. In addition, all efficiency and productivity indexes grew in 2014, compared to the other years. Moreover, the mean total productivity of schools evaluated in the research was reported to be 0.855. Therefore, the schools had a relative decline in productivity (15.5%) during 2011-2015. Furthermore, the total productivity index increased in 2012 (+19.8%) and 2014 (+73.4%). Among the schools assessed, the schools of medicine (47%), health (43%), pharmacy (32%), nursing (14%), and dentistry (13%) had a reduction in productivity, respectively. On the other hand, the schools of paramedical (80.1%) and rehabilitation (18.4%) had the highest rate of productivity growth among the schools of Ahvaz University.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of this study, efficiency and productivity of evaluated schools required improvement.
