fa بررسی میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان از امکانات سایت کامپیوتر دانشکده ی بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان یکی از ارکان اصلی دانشگاه و سیستم آموزشی محسوب می شوند. رضایت مندی آن ها از امکانات آموزشی برای ایجاد انگیزه و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش اهمیت دارد. مطالعه ی حاضر در راستای شناخت وضعیت موجود و ارتقای رضایت مراجعین به سایت کامپیوتر دانشکده ی بهداشت اجرا شد. روش بررسی: دراین تحقیق توصیفی از پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. جامعه ی آماری شامل کلیه ی دانشجویان مراجعه کننده به سایت کامپیوتر دانشکده می باشد که در سال تحصیلی 90-89 دردانشگاه مشغول به تحصیل بودند. 127نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. معیار ورود به مطالعه علاقمندی دانشجویان و تکمیل پرسشنامه با رضایت آگاهانه بود. پرسشنامه ی مورد استفاده شامل سه بخش فضای فیزیکی سایت، تجهیزات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری و برخورد کارمندان سایت با مراجعین بوده است. یافته ها: نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که دانشجویان به طور نسبی از نرم افزارهای کاربردی نصب شده ، به روز بودن کامپیوترهاو پاسخگو بودن نرم افزارهای موجود درسایت به ترتیب با 7/82 ، 2/62 ، 8/59 درصد کاملا موافق و موافق (مجموع ) بودند. ولی از لحاظ سخت افزاری دانشجویان نسبت به تعداد کامپیوتر در مجموع (5/72) درصد مخالف و کاملا مخالف بوده اند. به هر حال ، در مورد به روز بودن و سرعت پردازش کامپیوترها رضایت نسبی وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری : با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه میزان رضایت کاربران و فراگیران دانشکده ی بهداشت و پیراپزشکی از سایت کامپیوتر متوسط بود. بنابراین نیاز است مسوولین در این زمینه اقدامات لازم را برای ارتقای شرایط موجود انجام دهند. Background and objective: One of the major elements of any educational system is the student. Student satisfaction at educational services is important to increase motivation and improve education quality. The present study was conducted in order to measure students’ satisfaction of computer site performance with regard to hardware and software provision. Material and methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was done using a questionnaire to collect data. Statistical population included the students studying in 2010 (n=127). The questionnaire had three sections including site physical condition, hardware, and software, and site personnel behavior. Data was analyzed by SPSS and descriptive statistics. Results: The findings clearly showed that the students showed relative satisfaction for applied software set-up, antivirus up date and appropriate software in the site with 65.3, 63.9, and 59.8 percent cumulative agreement (strongly agree and agree) respectively. But most of the students were not agreed to quantity of computers (72.5 percent). However, in the case of computer up date and processing, satisfaction rate was approximately average. Conclusion: With regard to the results of this research, satisfaction of students of computer site is moderate.
