fa طراحی، اجرا و ارزیابی ماجول آموزشی ادغام یافته کاربردهای فناوری نانو در برنامه‌ی درسی دستیاران علوم اعصاب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research <strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></em></strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> بهره&shy;‌مندی از فناوری نانو در تحقیقات علوم اعصاب به‌&shy;عنوان نیازی ضروری مطرح می‌&shy;باشد، در حالی&shy;‌که دستیاران علوم اعصاب در این زمینه اطلاعات اندکی دارند و در برنامه‌&shy;ی آموزشی آن&shy;‌ها نیز به کاربرد فناوری‌&shy;های نوین در تحقیقات کمتر پرداخته نشده است. نظر به نیاز فوق و با تکیه بر توسعه روش‌&shy;های آموزشی نوین بر آن شدیم که طرح آموزشی ادغام یافته و اختیاری را برای دستیاران علوم اعصاب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، طراحی و اجرا نموده و سپس درصد رضایت&shy;‌مند</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">ی فراگیران را از دوره‌&shy;ی آموزشی بسنجیم. </span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">برای طراحی برنامه‌&shy;ی آموزشی دوره از چرخه طراحی برنامه&shy;‌ی درسی کرن (</span></span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">Kern</span></span></span></em><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">)</span></span></span></em> <em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">استفاده گردید. فراگیران 15 نفر از دستیاران علوم اعصاب بودند که نیازهای آموزشی آن&shy;‌ها مشخص و پس از تعیین اهداف و پیامدهای یادگیری، مباحث آموزشی مشخص و به‌&shy;صورت کارگاه برگزار شد. میزان رضایت‌مندی از نحوه&shy;‌ی برگزاری توسط پرسشنامه‌&shy;ی ساختارمند که توسط تیم مدرسین با روش محاسبه لیکرت طراحی شده بود، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. </span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته&shy;‌ها:</span></span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> آنالیز نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه‌&shy;ها نشان داد که </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">بیش از 80 درصد از فراگیران رضایت&shy;‌مندی خود را از دوره&shy; ابراز نمودند و آن&shy;‌را برای سایر دانشجویان رشته توصیه نمودند.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> اساتید در مصاحبه‌&shy;ی حضوری به تجربه&shy;‌ی منحصر به فرد و برتری آن بر روش‌&shy;های سنتی آموزشی تاکید نمودند.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></em></strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نتایج نشان&shy;‌دهنده&shy;‌ی موفقیت قابل قبول این طرح در جلب نظر فراگیران بود و می‌&shy;تواند مسئولین آموزشی را برای استفاده از تکنولوژی&shy;‌های جدید در آموزش علوم اعصاب برای محققین این رشته ترغیب نماید. تداوم اجرای آن برای گروه هدف در ورودی‌&shy;های مختلف پیشنهاد می&shy;‌شود.</span></span></span></em> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> The use of nanotechnology in neuroscience research is considered as an essential requirement while neuroscience students have little information in this regard and their educational program less addressed the applications of new technologies in research. Considering this need and by relying on the development of new educational methods, we aimed to design and implement an elective and integrated educational course for neuroscience students in Tehran University of Medical Sciences and then, assessed the level of satisfaction of learners with the course.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In order to design the curriculum, the Kern&#39;s six-step model was applied for curriculum development. In total, 15 neuroscience PhD students were entered into the research, educational needs of whom were determined. After determining the learning goals and outcomes, the educational contents were established and presented in the form of a workshop. In addition, the degree of satisfaction with the method was evaluated by a structured questionnaire designed by the team of lecturers using the Likert scale.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Analysis of the results obtained from the questionnaires showed that more than 80% of the learners were satisfied with the course and recommended it to other students in the field. Furthermore, the professors emphasized the unique experience of individuals and superiority of the method to traditional teaching techniques in discussions.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results of the program indicated that the module was successful in attracting the student satisfaction, and can encourage educators to use new educational strategies in neuroscience curriculum to help the researchers of the field.
