fa بررسی پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه ی 360 درجه در ارزیابی عملکرد دانشجویان پزشکی آموزش Education پژوهشي اصیل Orginal Research زمینه و هدف: یکی از روش های ارزیابی عملکرد دانشجویان روش ارزشیابی 360 درجه می باشد.معهذا لازمه ی استفاده از این ابزار داشتن روایی و پایایی می باشد. لذا هدف ما از انجام این مطالعه بررسی پایایی و روایی این ابزار در بین دانشجویان پزشکی بود. روش بررسی: در ابتدا پرسشنامه ها با مطالعه ی وسیع متون و نظر اهل فن تهیه گردید.پرسشنامه های 10 سوالی بین نمونه ای در دسترس از دانشجویان،پرستاران،بیماران و پزشکان بخش عفونی و اورژانس بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان توزیع گردید. میانگین نمرات هر یک از گروه ها محاسبه شد.جهت ارزیابی سازگاری درونی پرسشنامه ها آلفای کرونباخ و برای تبیین ساختار عامل ،تحلیل عاملی انجام گردید.به منظور تعیین میزان همبستگی بین نمرات حاصل از پرسشنامه ها با یکدیگر از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: روایی ظاهری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها به استناد بررسی متون و نظر اهل فن مورد تایید بود.با انجام تحلیل عامل ،ساختارعاملی پرسشنامه ها تاییدشد.تحلیل عامل ، عامل پذیری پرسشنامه ها را نشان داد. دامنه ی آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه ها از 88/0 تا96/0 به دست آمد.ضریب همبستگی بین تمام پرسشنامه ها معنادار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه ابزار 360 درجه از روایی و پایایی مناسبی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد دانشجویان پزشکی برخوردار بود Background and Objective: The 360-degree evaluation is a method which is used to assess performance of medical students. It is important for instruments such as questionnaires for 360-degree assessment to be reliable and valid. This study has been designed with the objective to assess validity and reliability of 360-degree questionnaires. Materials and Methods: At first, some questionnaires were developed based on an extensive literature review and expert panel views. Then they were distributed among a sample of faculty members, medical students, nurses, and patients. The collected data was analyzed with spss15 soft ware. Mean scores of the respondents in each category were calculated. Cronbach’s alpha was run to examine the internal consistency. Factor analysis was used to clarify the factorial structure of the data. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was computed to examine the correlation between the evaluators' scores. Results: The instruments' content and face validity were acceptable. Factor analysis confirmed the factor structure of the questionnaires. However, no significant correlation was found between the questionnaires.
