As an open-access journal, we do not charge any fees for the publication of articles. However, to ensure the quality of the English language, formatting, and references validity, all accepted articles must be prepared for English language writing, reference checking, and journal formatting by experts approved by the journal before publication. The cost of these services is the responsibility of the authors. Please note that we currently cover the costs of editing overseas articles, and foreign authors are not required to make any payments.
