13.95pt 0.0001pt 6pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">زمینه و هدف: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">یکی از اساسی‌ترین مراحل هر برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی تعیین نیازهای فراگیران در جهت نیل به اهداف و اولویت‌های آموزشی است. از آنجایی‌که برگزاری دوره‌های مختلف آموزش مداوم جهت ارتقا‌ی مهارت‌های گروه پزشکی و پیراپزشکی یکی از وظایف دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی است، بررسی نیازها و اولویت‌های آموزشی مشمولین شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌ها جهت افزایش کارآیی و اثر بخشی آموزشی ضروری و سودمند می‌باشد. در این راستا تحقیقی به منظور بررسی نظرات و تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرسنل مامایی شهر زنجان صورت گرفت.</span></i></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 6pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">روش بررسی: </span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">این پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی پرسنل مامایی شاغل در بیمارستان، درمانگاه‌ها و پایگاه‌های بهداشتی شهر زنجان بودند. تعداد نمونه بر اساس سرشماری 43 نفر بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک، اولویت‌ها و نیازهای آموزشی و اهداف شرکت در دوره‌ها بود، که پس از تعیین پایایی و روایی توسط خود همکاران در یک مرحله تکمیل و جمع آوری شد. </span></i></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 13.95pt 0.0001pt 6pt text-align: justify direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed" dir="RTL" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">یافته‌ها</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus">: از 43 نفر همکار ماما شاغل در مراکز 34 نفر با میانگین سنی 1/4±3/34، در تحقیق شرکت نمودند. بیش از 75 درصد از همکاران فقط در دوره‌های مختلف آموزشی داخل استان شرکت نموده بودند. 7/61 درصد در دوره‌های آموزشی غیر مرتبط با رشته‌ی مامایی نیز شرکت نموده بودند که دلایل عمده‌ی آن را به ترتیب علاقمندی، معرفی شدن از سوی واحد مربوطه و کسب امتیاز شغلی بیان نمودند. بیشترین نیاز آموزشی آنان به ترتیب شامل 5/73 درصد در رابطه با داروها و درمان‌های جدید در حیطه‌ی مامایی و زنان، 7/61 درصد در مورد وسایل و تکنیک‌های جدید مراقبتی در زنان و مامایی و 9/52 درصد در رابطه با اورژانس‌های زنان و مامایی بود. بیشترین مشکل، مربوط به نداشتن تبحر کافی مدرسان و بیشترین پیشنهاد در مورد برگزاری منظم دوره‌ها به‌صورت مدون بود.</span></i></p> <b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus" dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></i></b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10.5pt font-family: Lotus" dir="RTL"> از آنجایی‌که ماماها به‌عنوان عضوی از گروه‌های بهداشتی، درمانی سهم مهمی در بهبود شاخص‌های سلامت کشور دارند و با توجه به اینکه هدف دوره‌های آموزشی، آموزش مستمر و به روز کردن اطلاعات شرکت کنندگان جهت پاسخگویی به نیازهای آموزشی شخصی و ارتقا‌ی سطح علمی و عملی همگام با تغییرات و تحولات روز است، آگاهی مسوولین و برنامه‌ریزان دوره‌های مختلف آموزشی، از نیازها و way for health workers keeping them up to date, and need assessment and evaluation are the essential principles for enhancing the efficiency of those under training. The aim of this study was to determine the viewpoints of midwives</span><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150%"> employed in Zanjan University of Medical Science</span><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150%"> towards continuing education programs.<span> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 14.2pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150% color: black">Material and Methods:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150%"> In this analytical-descriptive study, the number of samples based on the census was 43.Data gathering tool was a series of multiple choice questions about demographic data, priorities and educational needs which were designed based on <i>Likert Scale</i> and the aim of participation in this courses. Also some problems and suggestions were in the form of open questions that were filled and collected by our colleagues in one phase. Descriptive statistics and Spss14 software were utilized for analyzing information.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 14.2pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150%">Results: </span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 150%">35 out of 43 midwives who were working in the centers, participated in this research. Their average age was 34.3±4.1 their mean years of service was 124 month the average number of courses they had taken part was 16 and the duration of these courses was about 134 hours. More than 75% of them had attended in different retraining courses just inside the Zanjan province. 61.7% of them took part in unrelated training courses with different reasons such as interest and gaining job credits, 79.4% for improving their educational levels, 26.4% for reviewing lessons and 14% for gaining job credits. Most of their educational needs were new drugs and treatment methods in midwifery, new techniques and equipment of health care in topology and emergency centers. Major problems with these courses were inefficient proficiency of professors.
